Job Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Software Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on selling AI software solutions, collaborating closely with Sales Executives, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and explain AI software features and benefits.
• Work closely with Sales Executives to develop and close sales opportunities.
• Provide advice on the best AI software configurations to suit customer requirements.
• Take orders and ensure smooth delivery of software solutions.
• Offer technical support and guidance post-sale.
• Present and demonstrate AI software solutions effectively.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Respond to customer inquiries, both online and in person.
• Stay updated on the latest AI software trends and developments.
• Assist customers with training to maximize the use of AI software features.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our products to provide outstanding service.

Location

• On-site at Jimbaran

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in software or AI solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify technical information for customers.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and market trends is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
