Software Quality Assurance

Analyze and clarify project requirements with Product Owner or Analyst.

Design and write test scenarios, test cases, and set up testing pipelines (manual and automated).

Conduct various testing types, including: System Testing, Unit Testing, Regression Testing, Load/Performance Testing, Acceptance testing methods.

Document testing results and track bugs through their lifecycle.

Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and resolve issues.

Provide feedback for process improvement and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in manual testing is required; experience in automated testing is a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Critical thinking and data-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Service-oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
