Software QA Lead

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in software testing/quality assurance
2. Good communication and leadership skills
3. Strong work ethic and ownership of tasks
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
5. Growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
6. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
7. Understanding of functional testing best practices and processes (e.g., test case, regression test, smoke test)
8. Good to have: Familiarity with automation tests, their tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Katalon)
9. Good to have: Familiarity with non-functional testing best practices and processes (e.g., load testing and performance testing)
10. Good to have: Experience in leading/mentoring fellow QA professionals
