Job Description
The Customer Care team at Traveloka is the frontline in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and Bots and Communication Channels are key to this mission. In this domain, we design, build, improve, and maintain a variety of technologies, including chatbots, generative AI, backend systems, third-party integrations, and monitoring tools. These solutions are designed to work together seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey, automating interactions to resolve queries and provide timely support through innovative bot solutions and communication channels such as chat, email, and voice.
As a Software Engineer on the Bot and Communication Channels Customer Care Team, you will play a pivotal role in building platforms that serve both Traveloka customers and internal users. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer experiences by optimizing bot interactions and managing communication channels. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining systems that are maintainable, scalable, and extendable. We anticipate your active engagement in staying abreast of and proactively incorporating new and pertinent technologies.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people on a regular basis. In addition to working with fellow engineers, you will also work with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, Customer Operations, and other various stakeholders. Building an application is more than just writing code; you will be involved in the complete cycle of product development: ideation, design, implementation, and support.
