Job Description
As a Software Engineer on the Customer Care team, you will play a pivotal role in building reliable, cross-platform web applications with great user experience and usability for both Traveloka customers & internal users, to ensure our customers have an effortless and satisfying experience before and after purchasing product in Traveloka. You will experience how to build various communication channels, from text to voice, with the latest developments in AI technology such as chatbot and generative AI. You also will be responsible for the refunds process after the purchase. We anticipate your active engagement in staying abreast of and proactively incorporating new and pertinent technologies.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people on a regular basis. In addition to working with fellow engineers, you will also work with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, Customer Operations, and other various stakeholders. Building an application is more than just writing code; you will be involved in the complete cycle of product development: ideation, design, implementation, and support.
