Job Description

As a Software Engineer on our Web Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation technology. You will work with a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, designers, data analysts, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional web experiences and automation solutions.

In this role, you’ll get to:

1. Build large scale, robust and scalable applications.
2. Do high level design with guidance, make incremental changes to architecture, and analyze the impact of those changes.
3. Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
4. Perform tuning and improvements in large scale distributed systems.
5. Collaborate across teams and geographies with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2+ years of professional web development experience.
3. Experience with Node.js and building automation solutions is a plus.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
