Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
- Guide clients in modeling their mission-critical business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product.
- Leverage deep analytical skills and good understanding of business processes, functionality, and context of our clients to ensure successful SaaS product integration.
- Provide expertise in custom integration to fit the SaaS product into the larger IT ecosystem of clients.
- Responsible for functionally solutionizing the integration of existing systems with the SaaS product, both upstream (B2C, B2B, and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g., F&A, CRM, RM, DWH).
- Serve a global client base, ranging from North America to a strong client base in Europe.
- Contribute to expanding the company’s footprint in Asia, particularly Indonesia.
- Deliver successful implementations with interactive workshops, consulting, and training clients onsite, both within Indonesia and beyond.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
- Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT.
- Demonstrable experience in translating business objectives into IT needs.
- Deep understanding of market and consumer trends in public transport.
- Experience working in public transportation or rail industry is a major plus.
- Ability to interpret complex problems and facilitate clients towards sustainable solutions.
- Enjoy working with diverse responsibilities and collaborating in small teams on challenging assignments.
- Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a benefit.
- International mobility and willing to travel overseas.
- International experience and ambition is a benefit.
Location: Flexible to be based in either Bandung or Jakarta.
