About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and digitally savvy Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer to join the dynamic team at PT Brisk International Teknologi in West Jakarta, Jakarta. The Social Media Specialist and Graphic Designer will collaborate as part of the creative team to enhance the company's brand awareness and engagement. This collaboration ensures the production of relevant, creative, and effective content across various digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

For Social Media Specialist:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
3. Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar.
4. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
5. Interact with followers through comments, messages, and engaging campaigns.
6. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visually appealing content.
7. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.

For Graphic Designer:

1. Create visual content for digital and print needs, including social media posts, banners, flyers, and presentations.
2. Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
3. Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
4. Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to produce content that enhances audience engagement.
5. Edit images, videos, and other media as needed.
6. Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
7. Stay updated with current design trends and techniques.

What we're looking for

1. A Social Media Specialist with a minimum D3/S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, and 1–2 years of experience in social media management (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
2. A Graphic Designer with a minimum D3/S1 degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, and 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with impressive portfolios are welcome).
3. Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and using analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics (for Social Media Specialist).
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw (video editing skills are a plus) for Graphic Designer.
5. Creative thinking, detail-oriented, and a passion for producing high-quality content.
6. Excellent storytelling, time management, and teamwork skills.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of trends in social media and graphic design.
8. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for both roles.
