Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end social media content
Create consistent and meaningful content on social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts
Create, produce, and edit short videos for social media content (basic or intermediate video editing skills)
Communicate with followers, improve engagement, respond to questions promptly, and promote social media campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to suggest recommendations and generate creative ideas to adjust the marketing strategy for upcoming campaigns for optimal results
Research, analyze, and approach (end-to-end execution) KOL talent / UGC Content Creator endorsement marketing strategy to deliver successful ongoing and future campaigns
Prepare KOL MoU/Agreement Documents and ensure both parties receive fair benefits
Monitor all KOL talents to ensure they deliver content according to the agreement and ongoing campaigns
Create and analyze data in reporting social media and KOL performance to optimize activations
Create a professional deck or proposal for collaboration or any kind of marketing for pitching to externals
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field (portfolio must be attached)
Experience in trend & data analysis and reporting
Skilled in basic to intermediate photography and video editing (portfolio must be attached)
Organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Knowledgeable in the beauty industry, especially perfume
A deep understanding of suitable content to promote a perfume brand would be a plus
Updated on the latest trends in social media best practices and technologies
Cheerful, proactive, with good communication and time management skills are a must
