Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media content aligning with our brand messages and target audience.
• Plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
• Set up and optimize company accounts within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
• Collaborate with the event department and others to create campaigns and help them convey their messages.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
• Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Requirements

• 20~30 years old.
• Submitting a portfolio will be considered a plus point.
• Having previous experience in managing social media accounts and handling social media advertisement will be considered a plus point.
• Able to use Adobe Family (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and fluency in using video editing applications such as CapCut and others will be considered a plus point!
• Up to date with trends and creative.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Great communication skills, love to work in a team.
