Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or Marketing.
Proficient in social media strategy, content planning, and execution across major platforms.
Skilled in copywriting, branding, storytelling, and basic SEO optimization.
Experienced in photography and videography for social media content creation.
Strong understanding of visual design, particularly in the fashion and beauty sectors.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to work with a creative team, including content creators, photographers, and video editors.
Passionate about social media trends and crafting engaging visual and written content.
Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Plan, create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Conduct trend research and optimize social media performance using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and video editors to produce visually appealing content.
Host and engage in stories, Q&A, and direct messaging to interact with the audience and foster community engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Create and execute seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee all social media interactions to maintain a strong, consistent, and engaging brand presence.
Stay updated on social media trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies.
Implement Marketing & Communication Plans, selecting effective communication channels for campaigns.
