Social Media Specialist

Bali Bird Park is a home of thousands of birds from various regions. The park is divided into seven regions that recreate the natural habitats of birds, complete with indigenous plant life. Bali Bird Park offers various bird shows and feeding activities, and also many special programs made only for their visitors. The park provides Balinese culinary and international cuisine from their fantastic menus in the restaurant.

Role Description

This is a contract Social Media Specialist role located on-site in Bali, Indonesia. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and designing short-term and long-term social media plans. The role requires the ability to develop engagement (interaction) with the audience, make reporting and trend analysis, and manage social media accounts to achieve positive visit growth and good results in the marketing realm, especially social media with:

• Increase Brand Awareness
• Develop Engagement (Interaction) with Audience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Understanding of Social Media Analytics
• Knowledge of Social Media Algorithms
• Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously, understand platform algorithms, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• The ability to create engaging content, either in the form of text, images, or videos, to increase audience interaction and engagement
• Ability to speak other foreign languages is an advantage
