Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop & execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various industries, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement & lead generation.
2. Coordinate the creation, curation, and management of all social media content (text, images, videos, and visuals) with the creative team.
3. Monitor social media platforms for trends, insights, and conversations, and leverage this information to inform content and strategy decisions.
4. Engage with clients and their audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
5. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
6. Analyze social media data and generate regular reports showcasing the performance and impact of social media activities.
7. Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to enhance clients' social media reach and credibility.
8. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on social media analytics and industry insights.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas, define strategy, and be instrumental in bringing them to life.
10. Schedule and curate social media content that engages with the audiences.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience in social media (preferably within a digital marketing agency).
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
3. Proficient in relevant social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok.
4. Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Insights.
5. An active social media content consumer.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships is a plus.
