Social Media Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at PLANET GADGET in Denpasar. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, managing marketing communications, and executing social media marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish good relationships with customers through Planet Gadget's official social media accounts.
2. Provide information clearly, in detail and as soon as possible to every customer who asks on social media accounts.
3. Coordinate with the marketing team, warehouse and digital manager regarding product availability, prices, specifications, promotions and prizes for customers.
4. Understand and follow updates and trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube.
5. Able to analyze and provide insight regarding trends on social media platforms.
6. Can manage and understand the features on social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube.
7. Identifying marketing plan to create social media strategy that aligns with company business goal.
8. Develop and crafting engaging social media content and work closely with creative and marketing team.
9. Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus point.

Qualifications:

1. Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, Digital Marketing and Marketing skills is a plus.
2. Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns.
3. Knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, tech savvy and Social Media Enthusiast.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field but all majors encouraged to apply.
7. 2-3 years experience in related field.
8. Willing to work at Denpasar, Bali.
