Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Have a TikTok Social Media account, actively create content, minimum 10,000 followers, and are accustomed to creating high-quality content.
• Develop content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Edit photos and videos for posting purposes.
• Write interesting and relevant captions according to current trends.
• Become a talent for video needs.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure content alignment.
• Follow social media trends and apply them to content strategies.
• Able to analyze content output, both in terms of engagement metrics and donation achievements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
• Mastering shooting tools, such as cameras/cell phones.
• Skilled in photo & video editing tools (Minimum CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.).
• Understanding algorithms and growth strategies on various social media platforms.
• Creative, innovative, and up-to-date with digital trends.
• Have good storytelling skills in content creation.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Have strong copywriting skills.
