Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts to enhance the game's brand and become 'the voice' of the company.

Job Description:

1. Develop daily content plan for every social media channels, schedule the posting dates, and reply comments to create engagement with the audience.
2. Collaborate with designers to make engaging social media content, including daily quality assurance and progress monitoring.
3. Develop weekly social media reporting by cultivating insights of engagement and sentiments for every content.
4. Make weekly competitor monitoring and benchmarking on social media to understand the competitive landscape.
5. Monitor the performance number of our owned social media channels based on KPI target and optimise the strategy based on results.
6. Coordinate with campaign, product, and revenue team to make the right content based on specific objectives.
7. Collaborate with business development team to make engaging content regarding sponsorship and multiple brand collaborations.
8. Develop content-focused marketing campaign based on social media feedbacks & insights.

Job Requirement:

1. Min 1 year experience in any related social media fields.
2. A gamer is a must, especially for mobile FPS/shooting game.
3. Enjoy observing current trends in social media and digital marketing, including in community discussions, trends, and interact with the community.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; have good communication & prioritization skill.
5. KPI/number oriented, ability to measure social media engagement.
6. Team player and love to interact and dealing with people in the team.
7. Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry.
