About The Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow Tentang Anak's user base and engagement on TikTok and YouTube. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies on both platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience preferences. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, analytics, and audience engagement and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement content plans for TikTok and YouTube to increase audience reach, engagement, and followers.
2. Content Creation & Captioning: Collaborate with content creators, brand, and creative teams to design, produce, and publish content, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our brand message.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure success, identify trends, and adjust content strategies as needed.
4. Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the audience on each platform by responding to comments, managing discussions, and fostering a vibrant, positive community.
5. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure content strategies remain effective and innovative.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in the content and creative industry.
• Proven experience as a content creator is a plus, especially someone who has grown their own social media account.
• Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok and YouTube channels, preferably within the parenting or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s algorithms, content types, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with excellent writing and captioning skills.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
