SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER FOR FILM & PHOTO STUDIO

We are looking for an experienced social media specialist who can plan and execute creative content for a fashion, photo, and film studio in Canggu, Bali. This is a full-time creative position based at our studios in Canggu.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the creative director to build a social media strategy, make mood boards, and plan content for the studios and photography accounts.
2. Strong understanding of marketing platforms for both Indonesians and Foreigners in Bali.
3. Strong experience in running accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube marketing platforms.
4. Ability to take creative and engaging photos on iPhone and basic camera (provided) and edit on iPhone apps.
5. Ability to film creative and engaging videos on iPhone and edit to post to Instagram reels and TikTok.
6. Work with our in-house videographer and video editor to plan and execute videos behind the scenes on photoshoots for YouTube and long-form video.
7. Engage with audiences in both English and Bahasa Indonesia on social media.
8. Moderate social media content.
9. Ability to track engagement on social media posts and make reports of performance to help enhance engagement.
10. Experience in Canva is a bonus.

Requirements:

1. 1 year minimum experience in a professional social media role or university degree in social media management/marketing.
2. Excellent English both written and spoken.
3. Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media channels, and how best to optimize these.
4. Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9 am-5 pm in our studio in Canggu.
5. Indonesian KTP holder.
6. Live in Bali or be able to relocate quickly.

Salary: + BPJS and holiday pay after probation.
