Job Title: Social Media Manager (SMM)

Location: Bali

Reports to: Marketing Director

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the SMM, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align all social media efforts with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Define key social media KPIs (engagement, followers, reach, conversion rates, etc.) and regularly report on performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to improve performance and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management:Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, videos, and blogs) to drive traffic and promote products/services.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design and Marketing team to produce high-quality, visually appealing posts.
  • Community Management: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor social listening tools to understand customer feedback, identify trends, and manage the brand's online reputation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and key online communities.
  • Advertising & Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually compelling content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and web traffic metrics is a plus.
