Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions).
  3. Maintain a consistent voice and brand identity across platforms.
  4. Community Management
    1. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with the online community.
    2. Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing feedback or concerns proactively.
  5. Performance Analysis
    1. Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
    2. Use analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  6. Campaign Management
    1. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
    2. Monitor budgets, targeting, and A/B testing for ads to ensure effectiveness.
  7. Trend Monitoring
    1. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
    2. Experiment with innovative ideas and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
  8. Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  9. Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree with more than 5 years of experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in popular social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
  5. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  6. Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques is a bonus.
