Job description

Job Overview: This candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and optimization of content across digital platforms to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role includes content strategy, creation, copywriting, and hosting live sessions or interactive discussions to build a strong brand community. Additionally, they will analyze the target audience and develop effective strategies to engage and expand this group.

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain an optimal content schedule to ensure consistent and timely publication across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and business goals.
  • Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to refine content strategies.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Produce engaging and informative, high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Review and proofread content before publication to maintain quality and accuracy.

Social Media & Platform Management

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and audience interactions.
  • Work closely with the social media team to optimize content for each platform.

Community Engagement

  • Host sessions with brand's community on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to interact with the audience, answer questions, provide product insights, and drive engagement. interact with the audience, promote products, and answer questions in real time.
  • Plan and execute interactive live events, such as Q&A sessions, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Monitor real-time engagement during live sessions and adjust content accordingly to maximize viewer retention.

Content Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze KPIs such as engagement rates, impressions, reach, and conversion rates to measure content effectiveness.
  • Provide reports on content performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Suggest and implement optimizations based on performance data.

Influencer & Community Collaboration

  • Assist in managing brand collaborations with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate content deliverables and ensure timely publication of influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and interaction.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to support content needs.
  • Assist in campaign execution, ensuring all content assets are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Experience in content coordination, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with content management and editing tools
  • Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with an online audience.
  • Ability to analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive and creative in driving conversations and building community engagement.
