Location: Citraland Cibubur (Hybrid: WFO & WFH)

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who is passionate about Web3, blockchain, and digital communities. This role requires a creative and social-savvy individual who can manage and grow our online presence, host livestreams, and engage with our community in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our brand across platforms (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  2. Host live streaming sessions and Twitter Spaces to engage with the Web3 community, discuss industry trends, and promote our brand.
  3. Create and manage engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain followers.
  4. Foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, answering questions, and encouraging discussions.
  5. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our reach and engagement.
  6. Monitor and analyze community feedback, social media trends, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
  7. Design and edit thumbnails, banners, and social media assets to enhance content quality.
  8. Plan and execute community campaigns, contests, and activations to increase participation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community building, preferably in Web3, gaming, or tech industries.
  2. Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and NFTs—comfortable discussing and promoting related topics.
  3. Fluent in English (written & spoken) to engage with a global audience.
  4. Confident on-camera presence—able to host livestreams, webinars, and online discussions.
  5. Creative thinker with strong content creation and storytelling skills.
  6. Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  7. Active and social personality—loves engaging with online communities and building relationships.
  8. Hybrid work setup: Required to work from our office in Citraland Cibubur on designated days, with flexibility to work remotely on others.
