Manage social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms) including generating, editing, and sharing daily content
Build and execute social media strategy through content research, competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification
Work with team to coordinate, setup and execute ad campaigns based on social media strategy
Kaizen by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and acting on the information
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
Conduct Social Media Live Videos including recording, posting and coordinating shoot
Community Management including PMs and comments replies across multiple languages
Assist with copy creation across multiple languages
Measure ROI and KPIs assigned
Assist in the creation of short videos and visuals for social media postings
Job Requirements
Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta for Business and setting of social media platforms
Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communications activities - digital marketing such as websites and social media, creative marketing, Live Video etc
Knowledge in planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising projects across social, web, and search platforms
Understanding and passion for digital marketing, content, and strategy
Must be a creative, motivated self-starter who can work well as part of a dynamic team (start-up environment)
Ability to handle a fast-moving environment with many changes and uncertainty
Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
