  • Dealing with queries on the phone & by email.
  • Front Desk Services.
  • Assist & Support Hotel Manager.
  • Prepare & Maintain Audit reports.
  • Updating & Maintaining company records.
  • Maintaining company systems & software.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments.
