Site Manager - MEP

As an MEP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of MEP design and implementation projects, and contributing to the strategic direction of our engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of MEP engineering, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
3. Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates technical skills and highlights past accomplishments in MEP design and implementation.
4. Exhibit expert knowledge of building systems, construction details, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Showcase strong conceptual design thinking and proficiency in system planning to bring innovative and practical solutions to projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of overseeing MEP projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
2. Adjust designs and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements.
3. Manage, supervise, and coach the MEP team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in designing advanced systems. Ensure timely production of accurate MEP design drawings and shop drawings.
4. Leverage expertise in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-specific software to enhance the overall design process.
5. Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
