Oversee and manage all daily operations of the Central Kitchen to ensure efficient food production and distribution across outlets, e-commerce, hampers, catering, and B2B.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional production teams, ensuring alignment with targets, quality standards, and timelines.
Ensure consistent quality and compliance with Oma Elly’s SOPs, recipes, and hygiene standards.
Supervise and enforce QC/QA processes throughout every stage of food production, packaging, and delivery.
Collaborate with Quality Control and R&D teams to troubleshoot product issues, drive improvements, and ensure product safety and excellence.
Maintain accurate production reports and operational data for performance tracking and cost control.
Identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements in layout, workflow, and equipment use to maximize efficiency.
Uphold health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with internal standards and government regulations.
Train and develop team members, fostering accountability and high-performance culture.
Minimum 3–5 years in a similar leadership role within a central kitchen, catering production, or high-volume food facility.
Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) within food production or kitchen environments.
Strong background in managing kitchen workflows, production planning, and compliance.
Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, kitchen equipment, HACCP, food safety systems, and traceability.
Leadership and team-building abilities with strong communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical in problem-solving.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Willing to be fully based at Oma Elly Central Kitchen (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
Open to flexible working hours including weekends or public holidays if needed.
