Throughout the day:
Greet customers immediately and warmly (follow your sales training format).
Track ALL walk-in customers on the form.
Stay active on WhatsApp & respond to messages within 2 minutes. Please keep notifications on. Treat this as if someone is walking into the store.
Put notes in Shopify if there are any deposits or different payments.
Make sure all displays are tidy and check on all cleanliness.
New service requests to go into the form: Create the order BEFORE the customer leaves, and make sure to take a 50% deposit.
Check the invoice & confirm the correct products & quantity.
Take an unboxing video. If there are any quality issues, send the video to the supplier. If no problems, delete the video.
Tell Aldo what we received.
Upload a CLEAR photo of the receipt with CamScanner & put it in the correct folder.
Upload a new product photo (Square format, compress to less than 1MB and save the photo to this folder).
SHIFT HANDOVER:
This is the time for doing deliveries and handing over any information to the closing staff member from the morning shift.
Handover all shift notes.
CLOSING THE STORE
Close the books:
Reconcile Petty Cash Store book and update the spreadsheet.
EDC settlement.
Daily report sent to the team WhatsApp group.
Roller doors down carefully. Only pull from the center of the door.
Close the door and lock.
POS closes at 6pm (not before).
Write up notes for the opening staff member in the notebook.
You may go home as soon as the store is clean and the daily reports are submitted.
DAILY TASKS
New Service Requests: New service requests go in this form. Create the order before the customer leaves. Check Service Requests on the Store Dashboard. Check (Service spreadsheet), check with Pak Putu or give updates to customers as needed.
New Product Requests: Check Product Requests on the Store Dashboard. (Product Requests spreadsheet) and update the status DAILY. New product requests go in this form.
The purchaser will find a source for the product, price, and delivery.
Other Tasks: Update Whatsapp Catalog every week (aware of new products, and Price changing). Update Cables Part Inventory when new cables are made or tell Aldo on Whatsapp.
