Shopee Video - Real Time Floor Monitoring, Operations (Solo, Contract-based)

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitoring live issue management and live chat seller
• Handling delivery inquiries from sellers and buyers through email/call/social media
• Team monitoring & ticket assigning
• Handling report productivity agent

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• A creative person, initiative, and a problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
• Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
• Placement is in Solo for a 3-6 months contract based
