Shopee Live & Video Feature Tester (Search, Recommendation, Ads & Content)

Responsibilities:

• Build and run processes of manual QA testing.
• Carry out testing of the application system that is being developed, including the black-box/grey-box and positive/negative methods.
• Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows.
• Create documentation, implement new QA processes and improve existing ones.
• Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or any related field. Other bachelor degrees are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English.
• Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments.
