About the Team: In this role, you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with the aim of converting them through planning and executing various levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories, or brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mega Campaign Product Grouping & KLS:
- Strategically organize products into specific groups to maximize campaign relevance and performance.
- Ensure products are aligned with campaign goals and target audiences.
- Create product groupings for campaigns.
- Adjust subsidies to optimize promotional costs and benefits.
- Monitor campaign performance and allocate additional funds as needed.
- Track, measure, and report campaign Key Live Streaming (KLS) metrics.
- Entry Point Alignment & Set Up [TikTok Shop & Tokopedia]:
- Develop, design, and monitor banner placements for campaign traffic.
- Ensure visibility and engagement for promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging push notification content to drive traffic and conversions.
- Schedule and analyze push notification effectiveness.
- Set up traffic strategy.
- Strategize and execute social media campaigns for promotional activities.
- Align content with ongoing campaigns and company branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders: Ensure smooth execution of campaign strategies and propose improvement areas for campaign operations.
- Set up Landing Page [TikTok Shop & Tokopedia]:
- Design and develop landing pages tailored for fashion-related products.
- Ensure the page layout is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Highlight seasonal trends, new arrivals, or specific campaigns in the fashion category.
- Optimize pages for high traffic volumes and ensure scalability.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Create Promotions or Vouchers [TikTok Shop & Tokopedia]:
- Analyze campaign goals, target audience, and product pricing to design effective voucher schemes.
- Calculate voucher discounts, thresholds, and redemption limits to ensure budget compliance and maximize ROI.
- Test different voucher models to find the most effective approach for user engagement and sales growth.
- Track the performance of promotional budgets allocated for vouchers.
- Analyze key metrics, including redemption rates, user engagement, and ROI.
- Identify underperforming vouchers or campaigns and recommend adjustments.
- Generate periodic reports for stakeholders to assess promo effectiveness.
- Update budget allocations as necessary to align with evolving campaign goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of proven work experience in marketing and campaign management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing and online advertising, including Content & Affiliates.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
