Responsibilities:
- Strategize and oversee berthing/unberthing processes aligned with corporate requirements.
- Arrange and manage schedules for all marine fleet movements.
- Communicate berthing plans and port conditions (e.g., wharf, currents, wind) to shipmasters upon arrival.
- Collaborate with departments to manage ship charter parties and demurrage.
- Supervise ship-to-ship activities and coordinate with stakeholders, including masters and agents.
- Monitor cargo operations, address delays, and maintain operational records.
- Ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or port operations.
- Minimum Diploma’s degree in Maritime Studies, or related field preferred and held minimum Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT) III.
- Proficient in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of maritime standards and cargo handling procedures.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with roster.
