Shift Technician

• Maintain and ensure the reliability and availability of all equipment and facilities (factory operation) at high performance and ensure all process activity is maintained.
• Execute planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance programs, corrective and reparative maintenance operations.
• Implement maintenance documents, procedures, drawings, and control of technical results.
• Arrange and deliver jobs with good quality, proper troubleshooting, and problem-solving, also proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics.
• Collect and enter data daily to update the facility and equipment management archive.
• Work with third parties, contractors, and vendors to maintain the quality of machine, equipment, or plant maintenance operations following the BC standard and reference.
• Follow the quality culture of BC and implement safe behavior in daily activities.
• Work as a team and coordinate with maintenance personnel, superiors, and peers.
• Implement maintenance activities and facility renewal, cost control leadership, and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics.
• Support maintenance activities and relations with inspection and technical qualification organizations in reference to the area of responsibility.
• Support the traceability of required certification according to the area of use, with arrangements to check the current validity of said certification.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple cross-functional areas.

• Graduated from Technical High School / Diploma or Technical Institute – Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering - Preferably familiar with HVAC System, Electrical / Control System, and Mechanical.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance & Engineering Technician or other similar position; understanding basic Mechanical / Electrical or fresh graduates in similar qualifications are also acceptable.
• Proven experience and knowledge of Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Preferably have knowledge in food industry manufacturing, processes, and facilities.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Possess interpersonal skills, fast learning, focus, and time discipline.
• High dedication with physical stamina and dexterity.
• Have basic knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for safe performance in using equipment.
