Maintain strong customer relationships through a regular schedule of visits.
Promote strategic service offerings such as first service offers, recommended spare part packages, repair, service level agreements, post-commissioning training, plant health checks, and service upgrade projects.
Manage and analyze spare parts inventory to ensure that the required spare parts are available for customers.
Work collaboratively across teams – including Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Support, etc. – to provide the customer with a high-quality service.
Achieve and exceed service sales KPI targets, including but not limited to order intake, sales, gross margin, account receivable, and other personal KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
Must have the ability to learn the current ERP system used for order entry/processing.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales targets.
People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, with good interpersonal skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
