Job description

This position will lead the entire service operations team including network, ICT & Enterprise Services with end to end enterprise service and capability process in ensuring and improving delivered services to the customer both from in-house services and 3rd party services

Responsibilities:

  • Design effective & efficient service workflow as the foundation for service delivery assurance and implement them effectively
  • Provide monitoring & evaluation system to ensure existing service quality complies with the established standards by monitoring existing and future services
  • Design measurement system to get customer feedback regarding service quality and resolve them by effectively summarizing issues within their respective categories
  • Monitor & analyze consistency of service quality to ensure no issues or defects exists
  • Provide analysis and report system to identify potential service issues that may arise also feed insightful feedback from quality point of view in order to resolve the issues and maintain the quality of services
  • Create and enhance team capability for related skill and knowledge with training, certification and sharing session

Requirements:

  • Min. 10+ years of experience in relevant fields especially in SI environment
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Cisco/Aruba, Google Professional Cloud Architect
  • Capability/Knowledge/Hard Skill: Public cloud (GCP, Azure), Infrastructure / On premise server & storage , Virtualization (Vmware) and backup-replication (Veeam Backup / Acronis / Carbonite)
