Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Agrotechnology, Biology, Environmental Health, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Operations for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and customer relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Jakarta, Tangerang, Banten.

Job Description:

  • Ensure the standard quality service according to company regulations.
  • Ensure the audit process for customers is running well.
  • Manage, control, and develop the service team.
  • Provide training to the service team.
