It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). www.lk.world. To further expand our business, L.K. is setting up a Technology Center in Semarang, Indonesia. We are looking for experienced and capable Service Engineers to join us.

Job Requirements:

1. Education background in Technical or Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Experience with plastic injection machines, die-casting machines, and CNC machines will be an advantage.
3. Willingness to travel to all areas covered within the scope of this role.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds.
5. The ability to understand and communicate in English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, startup and commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
2. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance.
4. Support customers in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to L.K. machines.
5. Regularly process the administration and service report of the work performed.
6. Work closely with the Sales Team to generate sales leads and provide technical expertise.
7. Provide training and instruction to employees or technicians at customers' sites.
