Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the installation, calibration, and maintenance of Anton Paar instruments for customers.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or queries about the instruments.
• Conduct regular service visits and ensure timely resolution of any instrument-related issues.
• Provide training to users on the effective operation of Anton Paar instruments.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of service targets, client feedback, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery, installation, and service of instruments.
• Submit regular reports to senior management on service metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemical or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service, preferably with laboratory instruments.
• Familiarity with Anton Paar instruments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
