Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide CNC machine installation at customer's site
• Prepare parts to be replaced in accordance with problems occurring at customer sites
• Communicate with customers about the schedule of machine repair and installation
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and care of their mechanical systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in CNC Manufacturing (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment
• Willing to be placed in Bandung
