Job Responsibilities
As our SEO Specialist, you’ll optimize our company’s online presence to boost visibility across multiple regions. Working with our global team, you’ll drive strategies that improve organic search performance, ensuring our brand reaches a wide, diverse audience. This is a project-based position under a 3-month contract, with a base salary of IDR 9,500,000 per month.
Responsibilities
1.Keyword Research and Analysis
- Perform in-depth keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify high-performing keywords relevant to business goals.
- Analyze competitor keywords and identify gaps to optimize content strategy.
- Develop a targeted keyword strategy for both short-tail and long-tail search terms.
2.On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website pages, and landing pages to align with SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, header tags (H1, H2, etc.), image alt text, and URL structures.
- Improve website usability by implementing clear navigation, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Ensure content is optimized for readability, keyword density, and search engine algorithms.
3.Off-Page Optimization
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to increase the website’s authority and visibility.
- Identify opportunities for high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and guest website.
- Monitor the backlink profile and disavow harmful links when necessary.
4.Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues like broken links, duplicate content, slow page speeds, and crawl errors.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical improvements such as structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Optimize website performance for mobile devices and ensure the site meets Core Web Vitals standards.
5.Content Strategy and Optimization
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly website, articles, and web pages that align with keyword strategies.
- Develop content calendars that integrate SEO priorities with marketing goals.
- Conduct content gap analyses and recommend new topics to improve user engagement and drive traffic.
6.Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and measure SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance and ROI for stakeholders.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7.Competitor and Market Analysis
- Stay ahead of competitors by conducting regular market research and tracking competitor SEO strategies.
- Benchmark website performance against industry standards and competitors.
- Identify emerging trends in the market and develop strategies to leverage them.
8.SEO Tools and Software Utilization
- Use advanced SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Moz, BrightEdge) to enhance analysis and execution.
- Configure and utilize tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager for better analytics reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO software and technologies to drive efficiency.
9.Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively.
- Provide training and guidance on SEO best practices for internal teams.
- Coordinate with paid search teams to align organic and paid strategies for optimal ROI.
10.Stay Updated on SEO Trends
- Keep up with changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure the website complies with evolving SEO standards.
- Experiment with new SEO techniques and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a focus on international SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven optimization for diverse audiences.
