Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic growth across all our digital channels. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our website content, developing SEO strategies, and analyzing the performance of our campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase traffic, and boost engagement. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy and Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify opportunities and develop a targeted content strategy.
- Create articles to boost website.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, title tags, headings, alt text, internal linking, and URL structures.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new content.
- Optimize existing website content and suggest changes for improved performance.
- Create content briefs to guide writers in developing SEO-optimized articles and web pages. - Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements to site architecture, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues that may impact search engine indexing and rankings.
- Implement structured data (schema markup) for enhanced SERP display and search engine understanding. - Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and CTRs.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for insights and trend analysis.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports, with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. - Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Benchmark performance against competitors to spot trends and refine strategies. - Stay Updated on SEO Trends
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.
- Educate the team on best practices, changes, and strategies to keep our website competitive.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving growth.
