Job Responsibilities

1. Design, Develop, and Maintain Web Solutions — Build and optimize web applications, portals, and intranet sites using SharePoint and other web technologies.
2. SharePoint Customization & Integration — Develop custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless functionality within the SharePoint environment.
3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams — Work closely with designers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Performance Optimization & Security — Ensure high performance, accessibility, and security standards across web platforms, including SharePoint configurations.
5. Troubleshooting and Support — Diagnose and resolve complex issues in existing web systems and SharePoint sites, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing — Maintain clear technical documentation and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
