Job Brief

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to our client’s specifications. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, copywriters, and other developers to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior web developers, ui/ux designers, and SEO experts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Crisis Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for the development and design of website crises and negative feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards for website development and designs, ensuring they meet client expectations and organizational standards.
• Issue Resolution: Address any web-related issues or conflicts as they arise, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to find solutions and maintain project momentum.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to web projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering reports to senior management, supervisors, and clients, providing insights into web performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 or more years of website development.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
