Senior Verificator Administration

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from bachelor’s degree from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Should have an overall work experience of over 3-5 years in the field of Testing, Inspection & Certification in Coal & Mineral Industry (experience in the mineral industry would be an advantage)
• Should have experience in Survey, Inspection, Testing, or Laboratory companies
• Should have BNSP Certificate (Coal Administration Verification Officer, Mineral Administration Verification Officer, Coal Analyzing Officer, and Mineral Analyzing Officer)
• Good leadership, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Highest standard of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• A person with high initiative and integrity
• Work based in Kemayoran - Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Having understanding of the company’s services including testing methodologies, inspection procedures, scope & certification standards
• Having understanding of ASTM, ISO, GB, and AS Testing Standards
• Analyze and verify certificates before they are issued to determine accuracy and eligibility
• Able to draft certificates and review analyst results from the laboratory team
• Detect and report non-conformities based on verification results to operational and laboratory team
• Having understanding of ISO 17025:2017
• Should have good relations and communication with the internal operations and laboratory team in order to carry out the services to the satisfaction of the client
