Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with IT Manager and/or IT Assistant Manager / Tech Lead and Developers
2. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
3. Designing graphic user interface elements
4. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
6. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
8. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
9. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer or similar role
2. Proven portfolio of design projects
3. Up-to-date knowledge of design tools/software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
4. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
5. Good time-management skills
6. Understanding of Human and Computer Interactions
7. Excellent communication skills
