Senior Travel Consultant (Ticketing)

Satguru Travel Indonesia is part of Satguru Group which is established since 1989 in Rwanda Kigali Africa, our Head Office is located in Dubai. We are looking for passionate candidates to join our team in Indonesia.

Your main responsibility as a Senior Ticketing is:

• Assist Customers on all their travel needs
• Able to handle end to end ticket booking (domestic & international)
• Customer Service oriented
• Able to operate Amadeus / Galileo
• Booking and Issue air ticket reservation both international and domestic
• Booking and Issue hotel reservation both international and domestic
• Booking and Issue train ticket domestic and international
• Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, corrections, changes, check-in problem, visa requirements, etc.
