Senior Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at IlmuOne Data. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with our existing and new clients to design and implement bespoke digital analytics measurement strategies that meet their unique business needs.
2. Technical Oversight: Supervise, review, and QA tagging implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical analytics audits and custom implementation to ensure high-quality results.
3. Tag Management Expertise: Leverage your expertise in at least one Tag Management System and demonstrate advanced tag management skills using JavaScript, as well as a solid understanding of data layer implementation best practices.
4. Technical Solutioning: Approach tasks logically and effectively communicate the pros and cons of potential technical solutions to relevant stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of the most optimal approach.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of analytics consultants, data scientists, data analysts, and product specialists to drive business outcomes and deliver high-impact projects.
6. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that balance impact, cost, resourcing, and timelines, driving business growth and revenue.
7. Project Management: Develop and prioritize analytics development pipelines and project roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
8. Communication: Effectively communicate project status and results with various levels of the organization, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences and stakeholders.

Requirements

1. 7+ years of technical and product experience with Google Analytics.
2. Proven track record of leading successful, high-impact technical projects.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and develop partnerships.
4. Proven ability to inspire change through positive influence and leadership.
5. Proven experience in crafting effective executive communication and product roadmaps.
6. Data science or machine learning experience is a plus.
7. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and short turnaround schedules.
