Senior Tax Consultant

What You'll Be Doing:

We know “tax” doesn’t always sound thrilling — but trust us, this is where strategy meets impact. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients navigating Indonesia’s complex tax landscape. You'll turn numbers into insights and regulations into opportunities.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

1. Analyze, strategize, and support tax planning in line with ever-evolving tax laws (you’ll have the Tax Manager by your side).
2. Handle tax return prep like a pro and dig into data for tax audits.
3. Stay ahead of the curve on tax regulations so clients are always in the know.
4. Work directly with clients — listen, advise, and provide real solutions they can trust.
5. Team up with junior staff and collaborate with the Tax Manager to solve complex challenges.
6. Keep things compliant and accurate — always.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in tax, accounting, or related fields.
2. Tax law whiz with solid compliance knowledge.
3. Think critically, solve problems fast, and analyze data like a detective.
4. Communicate clearly — whether in meetings, emails, or reports.
5. Can lead your own work and uplift your team.
6. Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Fiscal Administration.
7. Brevet A & B certified (C is a big plus).
8. Experience in a consulting/public accounting firm is a plus.
