Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at PT CARSURIN Tbk. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening top talent to onboarding new hires. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and assess qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and requirements, and provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
4. Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
5. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to ensure the best fit for our company culture and business objectives.
6. Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and metrics.
8. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
2. Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and best practices.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet business needs.
5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
6. Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise recruitment efforts.
8. Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
