Senior System Engineer

We seek a talented and experienced Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team in our South Jakarta, Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure and systems that support the strategic objectives of our rapidly growing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Architect, deploy and manage enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud solutions.
2. Ensure all IT systems' reliable, secure, and efficient operation through proactive monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.
4. Implement and maintain best-practice security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
5. Lead the research, evaluation, and selection of new technologies to continuously improve IT performance and capabilities.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior members of the IT team.
7. Document all systems and processes to support knowledge sharing and disaster recovery.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years experience as a System Engineer or similar technical role, preferably in the IT/Technology industry.
2. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, cloud, and security solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade operating systems, databases, virtualization and monitoring tools.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work autonomously.
5. Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
