Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Batam, Indonesia Stationed)

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia. We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the supplier quality program, ensuring that our suppliers and the incoming materials meet the quality standards and comply with our company's requirements, developing and implementing strategies to optimize supplier performance through supplier audits, visits and training, and enhance overall product quality throughout our supply chain while working closely with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Plant Manufacturing teams to ensure satisfactory quality standards of suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronic Manufacturing, Quality Engineering or a related discipline
2. At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality in the manufacturing industry
3. Sound knowledge of quality management systems & methodologies including ISO9001 and other quality management standards
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good command of English and Mandarin
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
7. Strong analytical skills with a detailed mindset

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supplier Quality Engineer
